Signature Ceremony of the Convention on Cluster Munitions

Location: Oslo, Norway.
The Convention on Cluster Munitions adopted in Dublin on 30 May by 107 states will be open to signing on 3 December in Oslo. The Convention needs to be ratified by 30 countries to enter into force. During this time it can still be signed by countries and after its entry into force a country can accede to the convention.
