UN International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action

The United Nations General Assembly declared 4 April the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action. The day will raise awareness about landmines and progress toward their eradication. This will be the second annual UN Mine Action Day - more info on events will become available as released.
