Toward a Mine-Free World Annual Report
Landmine Monitor collects information and assesses the response by the international community to the global landmine and explosive remnants of war (ERW) problem, especially with regard to the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty. This tenth Annual Report presents new information collected in 2007 and 2008. It contains information on 120 countries and areas with respect to antipersonnel landmine use, production, stockpiling, trade, humanitarian mine clearance, casualties, risk education, victim assistance and support for mine action. This report will not be released until 21 November 2008. Pre-orders are accepted, but reports will not be shipped until 21 November 2008.
