The 7th Meeting of States Parties to the Mine Ban Treaty will take place from 18th to 22nd September 2006 in Geneva, Switzerland.
If you are planning to attend, please register online. Once you have completed your registration, please inform Daiana Savage, ICBL Administrative Assistant ( savage@icbl.org ). The deadline for registration is 15th August 2006 (00:00 GMT). All participants are required to register.
Please note that in order to be able to register it is first necessary to login. This means that you will have to register for an account, if you have not previously done so. Instructions can be found below.
The process is very simple, you supply your name and e-mail address and then create your username. (Note that if you have a username on the ICBL website, to view documents etc., this same username should work).

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If you are clicking on the registration form and seeing ACCESS DENIED:
1. Click the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the access denied page to register for an account.
2. Follow the instructions.
3 . NOTE: Once you have created your user account, the ICBL must first approve it prior to you continuing your registration. This may take up to 24 hours.
4. Confirm your new ICBL account by clicking the link in the e-mail you receive.
Once this is done you can return to the 7MSP Registration Page and login with your newly created username, then fill in the registration form.

EXISTING ICBL ACCOUNT HOLDERS
Campaigners that have already signed up for an ICBL user account should use this username and password to access the registration site, without having to create a new account.
If this information does not work please do not create a new user account. First go to the 7MSP Registration Page. Under the log-in menu it says "Can't remember your password or username? Click here to create a new password based on your e-mail." Click on the link to create a new password.
If this still does not work please contact the ICBL for assistance in activating your user account.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS ONCE YOU HAVE A LOGIN
1. Go to the 7MSP Registration Page
2. Enter in your "username" and "password" and click "submit"
3. Complete the online form. You must complete all fields marked with a star (*) for the form to submit.
4. Once you complete the form click "submit".
5. If you do not enter information into fields marked with a star (*) your form will not submit. You will get a "WARNING" message at the top of the screen letting you know which information is missing. Enter the missing details and then click "submit" again.
6. If you click "submit" and a "WARNING" message does NOT appear at the top of the page then your registration has been submitted correctly and received by the ICBL.
7. You will not receive email confirmation of your registration. If you want to confirm your registration close the registration form window. Then go back to the 7MSP Registration Page and enter your username and password. If your registration was successfully submitted your completed form will appear on the screen.
8. To modify information in your registration form until 15th August, go to the 7MSP Registration Page and enter your username and password. Make any modifications to your registration and then click "submit."
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
-Please remember to use proper casing, i.e. do not type your name with all UPPER CASE letters, and follow the instructions found in the form itself on date format.
-When unsure if your registration submitted correctly, please return to the 7MSP Registration Page and enter your username and password. If your completed form appears on the screen then your registration did indeed submit successfully.
-If you have ANY problems registering please contact the ICBL at icbl@icbl.org.
UPDATING ONLINE
-If you change your travel schedule, forgot to add additional information into your form, etc. you can easily do so online! Simply return to the 7MSP Registration Page. Then update the information and click "submit." Please remember to update your registration by 7 August. But remember, the sooner we have your information the better!
-If you forget your password go to the 7MSP Registration Page Under the log in menu it says "Can't remember your password or username? Click here to create a new password based on your e-mail." Click on the link to create a new password.
