Registration for the Non-State Actors Working Group Seminar

Background

  • Who: The workshop is open to campaigners, researchers, members of negotiating panels in peace processes, experts in related fields, and state and intergovernmental agencies. It is being organized by the ICBL's Non-State Actors Working Group.
  • What: One-day workshop with plenary presentations by experts on the challenges of peace processes and NSA mine ban engagement; and on human security and NSA mine ban and mine action. Participants will share experiences in NSA engagement on a mine ban and mine action within the context of peace processes in workshop groups in order to draw practical insights on strategies and approaches, including ethical and methodological concerns, applicable to NSA mine ban/mine action engagement.
  • When and Where: Friday, 26 November, 9:00-17:00, Panafric Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya
