Write to at least one Asian country that has not joined the Mine Ban Treaty. Tell the Foreign Minister about the upcoming Fifth Meeting of States Parties in Bangkok, Thailand in September 2003. Urge him or her to use this opportunity to embrace the worldwide ban on antipersonnel mines.
