ICBL Photo Exhibition

Click on the links below to view the pictures in low resolution and contact us at olivia[at]icbl.org if you wish to download the high resolution files for printing.

The exhibition consists of 11 panels with photos presenting key moments and achievements of the mine ban movement and the Mine Ban treaty over the past several years, including images and quotes or survivors and other key people who turned ‘the dream into reality”.

The last panel is devoted to the cluster munition ban campaign and the Convention on Cluster Munitions, adopted and opened for signature in 2008.

The author of the majority of the photos is John Rodsted, ICBL activist and photographer.

Technical information:

  • You must use the high resolution PDFs for printing - we will send them upon request at olivia[at]icbl.org
  • This photo exhibition can be printed locally by any professional printer that has the capacity to print on large panels
  • The panels are meant to be 0.6 meters large by 2.5 meters high. You can print them smaller, but make sure the small characters such as photo credits are still readable
  • The exhibition can be printed on any support rigid enough to make sure the panels are not damaged when manipulated. At the ICBL we chose to print it on a plastic tarpaulin, about 2 mm thick
  • All you have to do is provide the printer with the high resolution PDF, agree on a support and ask him to print the high-resolution PDFs at 100% (0.6m x 2.5m). You may want to do a color check first with the printer
  • The panels are numbered to help you hanging them in chronological order. There are 11 panels: the first panel is "ICBL Introduction Panel", the second one is "ICBL Panel 1", the third one is "ICBL Panel 2" etc.

Don't hesitate to contact us at olivia[at]icbl.org should you have any question!
