This film portrays the effects of anti-personnel mines on people in southern Africa, including the tragic economic and social consequences of this scourge. Produced as part of the ICRC's efforts to bring about a total ban on anti-personnel mines, the film also addresses the issues of how to help the victims, mine clearance and mine awareness.
