Write to a local newspaper, call up a radio station, and send information to your friends. Publicity tips here!

2. Stay informed

• Subscribe to our newsletter
• Join our mailing list: send an empty e-mail to icblnetwork-subscribe [at] yahoogroups.com
• Find out about our thematic working groups

3. Promote the Mine Ban Treaty

• Write to one of the countries that have not joined the treaty. Urge them to get on board right away!
• Write to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of treaty members states and urge them to lobby the non-member states to join.
• Read our writing tips and sample letters.

4. Make a donation

Support the ICBL by telephone, mail or online. Every bit counts!

Do something! Organise a photo or art exhibition, arrange a film screening, start a landmine awareness day/week, set up a letter-writing event, hold a public demonstration, host a benefit conference! More action ideas here.
