Second Meeting of States Parties to the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty

The "Second Meeting of States Parties to the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty"
(2MSP) was held in Geneva, Switzerland from 11-15 September 2000.
A positive development at this meeting was an increase in
participation by countries not party to the Treaty. Included in this
