- E-mail client (Outlook, Eudora, Pegasus etc)
Setup with the following details:

Incoming mail server (POP/IMAP)

(SMTP)

Note that to use this as your SMTP you must either
- check your e-mail (with POP) or
- configure your e-mail program to connect with authentication in advanced setup.
If you still cannot send try changing the SMTP port (in advanced setup) from 25 to 2500 as the internet service provider you use might have blocked port 25.

This should allow you to read and send SPAMFLTER@SPATMFLTERicbl.org e-mail from any e-mail client.
