Auto translation of pages

Added links on frontpage so that people can click to automatically translate and surf the whole ICBL website in the following languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
To translate look at the bottom of the frontpage and choose your language.

Also added button to the standard footer (appears on all newer news articles and at present some other pages) so that single pages can be automatically translated to the same languages.

Be warned that these are all machine translation which can never be as good as human translation. But anyhow it gives you the possibility to understand some of the meaning if you don't read English very well. The translations are provided by the AltaVista Babelfish service - http://babelfish.altavista.com.

There is a limit on how long documents they will translate. In case the document is too long the translation will end and it will say "translation ends". Refer to the Babelfish homepage for more information.

ICBL is planning publish a human translation of the website in some languages in not too distant future. Primarily French and Arabic.
