Ratification Update

ratification update - in preparation for your events on the first
anniversary of the treaty signing 3 Dec i am sending an updated
signatory/ ratifcation list. We have 3 new ratifications, Thailand,
Sweden and Nicaragua, bringing the total to 55 ratifications. Our
press release will be circulated shortly.
