Bibliography Statement

The International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) has prepared this Annotated Resource Bibliography to provide activists, researchers, policy-makers, government officials, media and the general public with a compilation of some of the printed resources used by the mione ban movement. The listing is divided according to theme and topic and includes: country studies and other resources introducing the landmine issue; legal texts and analyses; advocacy documents and tools; key conference reports since 1993; mine action and victim assistance documents; resources on landmines and gender, youth, non-state actors; electronic resources; and language-specific materials.

The Bibliogryphy is not designed to be an exhaustive or comprehansive guide to all resources available on landmines, rather it provides information on some of the most significant, accurate and relavant resources used by members of the ICBL. Some resources were produced by ICBL, others by ICBL members, and others by our partner organizations. The ICBL is not responsible for and does not endorse any of the material listed in the Bibliography. Readers are encouraged to use the Bibliography as a starting point in their search for information on the global effort to eradicate antipersonnel landmines.
