Landmines, Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) focuses on the medical
consequences of human rights abuses. Encouraging the
standardization of data collection, this guide includes a series of
survey tools designed by PHR to assist governments and NGOs in
collecting data about landmine victims, hospitals, and orthopedic
centers.
