In an effort to measure and monitor the progress of victim assistance,
these three Handicap International annual reports evaluate the
conditions of landmine victims and other people with disabilities in
mine-affected countries, from health, legal and social perspectives.
These reports are intended to complement the information provided by
States Parties and the Intersessional Work Programme.
