There is no easy way to get the footnotes converted onto a webpage. If there are just a few footnotes you can do this manually by copying in the footnotes as parenthesises in the text where they appear.
Alternatively you can insert the footnotes at the end and use the same method as with creating a Table of Content (TOC) to link. Insert anchor with footnote at the end and then create link from where the number appears in the text.
For longer documents with several footnotes the Logictran HTML Express program can be used, and then the results from that program can be uploaded to the CMS. ICBL has a free license given away by the creators of that program.
