Donations to the ICBL help build a mine-free world! Every contribution matters and will be used for our advocacy activities, including: coordinating joint campaigning by our 1,000 plus members; producing letters and additional lobbying tools to target governments and others; and providing news and information on the landmine issue to campaigners, practitioners in the field, decision-makers and the media.

Donations from private individuals, foundations and companies will be put to good use in the promotion of the ICBL's goals. Contributions also have a ripple effect: they show that there is public interest in the landmine issue and this in turn helps us gain commitments from large institutional donors for funding mine action and victim assistance in the field.

Note to US citizens, companies and foundations: As the ICBL is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations to the ICBL are tax deductible. Our EIN or registration ID is 13-4113075.

Please see our Campaign Call or our most recent Annual Report and Audit for information on our goals or contact us at icbl--at--icbl.org.

If you wish that your donation should go directly to mine clearance operations, we have prepared a list of ICBL member organisations engaged in mine action.

Donations through the U.S. Combined Federal Campaign

In 2008, U.S. Federal employees can support the ICBL through the Combined Federal Campaign - the world's largest workplace fundraising drive. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th, 2008) support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world. Charities that apply to receive funds through the Combined Federal Campaign are required to submit to extensive review of their financial and governance practices prior to acceptance. The ICBL was admitted as as a member of Peace and Reconciliation Charities.
